We will host up to 50 vendors in Carters Grove at Fort Worth Botanical Garden.

We are accepting 1 food truck, 1 food tent, coffee, sweets and cold beverage.

You will be charged upon approval of your application.

About the event

Enjoy a local shopping experience featuring over 50 local market vendors, a kid’s craft zone, food, sweets, face painting, and even a visit from Santa (11am-1pm bring your own camera!) This event will be held outdoors Carter’s Grove, the beautifully shaded grove just as you enter the parking area from University Drive. Attending the holiday vendor market is free. I understand that my card will be charged upon approval for this event. There will be no refunds, and market credits are given only with a 72-hour written notice.

Events are rain or shine. In the event that Wandering Roots Markets has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, Wandering Roots Markets will credit you for another market date within a 90-day timeframe.

Prices

10x10 Booth	$110.00	Non-refundable	You must provide your own canopy, weights and all set up needs.
10x10 Tent	$50.00	Non-refundable	We will provide the canopy and weights for your booth space. This price includes set up and breakdown.
Food truck	$125.00	Non-refundable	You will be asked to unhitch in order to maximize parking.
