Christmas Bazaar Vendor Application

EVENT INFORMATION The Annual City of LaFayette Christmas Bazaar brings out a variety of local arts & crafts vendors just in time for the Holiday Season. The Christmas Bazaar is held annually on the second Saturday in December and lasts from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Each year, around 40 vendors fill the LaFayette Recreation Center gymnasium with an assortment of handcrafted clothing, embroidery, jewelry, reefs, kitchenware, blankets, and decorations, just to name a few. Areawide vendors who want to be a part of the Bazaar complete a registration form and return it to the LaFayette Parks & Recreation Center usually by the end of November. Each year, visitors to the Bazaar are treated with free hot chocolate, door prizes and Holiday chorus performances from our local schools. Even Santa and Mrs. Claus are known to be on hand during the Christmas Bazaar. To learn more about the City of LaFayette Christmas Bazaar, contact the LaFayette Recreation Center at 706-639-1590. -All spaces are 10'x10'.-Vendors will be accepted based on items sold in order to provide a variety of items and not duplicates.-Vendors are limited to a single booth for this event. -Electricity is limited to 110V/20A and is an additional $10.-Vendors will be charged upon Approval as a vendor and once approved all fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
