About the application
Use this form to apply for your spot at Excalibur Con 2026. Space is limited so not all entries will be selected. There are several application options, so choose all options that would apply for a better chance to join us. Applications will be open October 15, 2025 - April 30, 2026.
Exhibit Hall (located in south Pioneer Hall)- Apply for this if you are a vendor, reseller, artist, author, podcaster, or any other nerdy group that plans to sell or distribute at the event. If you are not sure if your goods/wares fit into this category, just ask!
Space includes: 1-810x10' booth space, 1-8' skirted table, backdrop, side dividers, 2 chairs, 4 exhibitor badges.
Base Price (note discounted pricing on double/quad spaces)
$200 for interior space
$225 for corner space
Max 4 spaces
Additional amenities such as internet, electrical hookup, additional tables/chairs may be purchased directly from the DECC with 2026 rates to be distributed closer to the event.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Exhibitor Spaces will be granted based on the composition of applicants. Prior attendance, type of goods, and number of similar vendors will be considererd when approving vendors. Excalibur Con does not employ a "first come, first serve" application process. Exhibitor space locations will be determined at the discretion of the event planners.
