The Sonora Christmas Artisan Fair will be held Thanksgiving weekend, Friday, November 28, and Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds in Sonora, CA.
We welcome volunteers to assist in the production of this fun and festive holiday event! With so much going on, there’s a task for everyone — from creating beautiful decorations and decking the halls, to outdoor tent setup before the event, parking control during the fair, and helping with breakdown afterward. The whole family can take part in this beloved community tradition.
Are you part of a school, community service group, or club? We’d love to have your group, troupe, or organization join in the festivities!

Terms & Conditions
Regulations and Conditions: Collier’s Events (herein referred to as Management) and You/Your Company (herein referred to as Vendor) agree to the following:
· Vendor is responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits, and for collecting and reporting all sales tax as required by local, state, and federal agencies.
· Vendor must abide by published show hours, move-in and move-out schedules, and may not terminate setup or breakdown early.
· Vendor must occupy their booth at least one hour before opening; otherwise, Management may relocate or cancel the booth without notice or refund.
· Management assumes no responsibility for merchandise or equipment left on event grounds. Vendors must leave their rented space in its original condition.
· Vendor must carry liability insurance and is responsible for any actions, accidents, or damages occurring within or within six feet of their booth.
· Vendor must comply with all city, county, state, and federal laws. Illegal activity of any kind will result in immediate termination without refund.
· Vendor agrees to hold Management harmless from all liabilities, including bodily injury, property damage, and claims arising from participation in the event.
· Management offers no guarantees regarding event attendance or vendor sales.
· Subletting of booth space is prohibited without written consent from Management. Violation will result in forfeiture of space without refund.
· Management reserves the right to alter floor plans, reassign booths, or make changes necessary for the good of the event. Acceptance of a reassigned space constitutes fulfillment of this contract.
· Management may rent space to other vendors offering similar or competing products. No exclusivity is implied unless granted in writing.
· Management reserves the right to refuse participation to any vendor or organization.
· Once signed, the vendor contract is binding and non-refundable.
· Distribution of advertising materials requires written permission from Management.
· Use of the Sonora Christmas Artisan Fair (SCAF) logo or name is prohibited without prior written approval. Submit designs to: Sonorachristmasartisanfair@gmail.com.
· Vendor’s signature on the application signifies full agreement with all terms and regulations stated above.
