About the application

Vendor space for locally made, grown, and raised products including locally grown fruits and vegetables, canned or baked goods, plants and flowers. If you are any other type of vendor (arts, crafts, merchants, services, political parties, food, or nonprofit) please return to the main event page and select the appropriate vendor application.Please select the Full Season (all seven Thursdays) or Single Date option(s) that you prefer. (Food and Farmer's Market vendors are not eligible for single dates, and expected to participate all seven weeks.) Preference is given to vendors who are able to participate all seven weeks.Most vendor spaces are a 12’ x 12’ area, and there are a limited number of extra large spaces. If you have a truck or trailer that extends beyond 12'x12', you will need to select and pay for an extra-large space. (Vendors with two different booth locations will still need to purchase two spots.) We have very limited access to electricity and will try to accommodate requests when possible. As an alternative, quiet generators are permitted. If a generator is too loud or disruptive, vendors will be asked to make other arrangements and/or be removed from Marketfest without a refund.A 25% discount will be applied to full-season vendors who have a business in the City of White Bear Lake. A 50% discount will be applied to full-season vendors in the Downtown White Bear Lake Special Service District. Businesses within the Marketfest footprint may participate on the sidewalk in front of their business for free. Discounts will be applied to the full-season (7 week) booth space upon approval of the application.All vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, etc. Additional information is available at www.marketfestwbl.comThis is an electronic agreement and by submitting this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Marketfest is a free summer festival in beautiful downtown White Bear Lake that runs Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, mid-June though the end of July. In its 32nd year, it continues to attract locals and visitors who are interested in a lively, family-friendly atmosphere. Each week two stages offer live concerts showcasing local bands from diverse musical genres including jazz, blues, rock, folk, country, and funk. The festival features children's games and activities, pony rides, a farmer’s market, and a classic car show. More than 180 vendors offer a wide variety of arts, crafts, merchandise, services and foods.

Terms & Conditions

I acknowledge that Marketfest prohibits any content, behavior, or products that contain discriminatory language regarding a person or a group on the basis of religion, ethnicity, nationality, race, gender, sexual orientation, or other identity factor. I also acknowledge that Marketfest prohibits products that in any way could be used as a weapon, offensively or defensively. I understand that the determination of what is appropriate for the festival is strictly up to the Director, without exception. I, the undersigned vendor, agree that Marketfest, Main Street, Inc., and Lisa Beecroft, Director of Marketfest are not responsible for damage, loss or theft of goods related to my business or organization. I hold the above-mentioned entities, their volunteers and their assigns, harmless from any liability relating to my participation in the Marketfest event. Further, I am aware that I am responsible for all appropriate federal, state and local taxes. If vending food, I agree to have the proper licensure and insurance coverage. I agree to adhere to the set-up times as determined in my acceptance letter and remain in the space assigned to me during the hours of operation from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Vehicles will not be allowed in the event area after 5:30 p.m. I will abide by all guidelines stated in my application, acceptance letter and the code of conduct. Failure to comply with any of these guidelines may result in my dismissal from Marketfest without refund.A downloadable copy of these terms are attached below.

Prices

12x12 Booth - Full Season (All 7 nights) $325.00 Non-refundable A single booth space is 12 feet wide and 12 feet deep. Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chair, etc. If you need a large space than 12'x12', you will additionally need to select and pay for an extra-large space.
Extra-large Space - Full Season (7 nights) $250.00 Non-refundable If you have a truck, trailer, or display that extends beyond 12'x12', you will need to select and pay for an extra-large space. (Vendors with booths in two different physical locations will still need to purchase two spots.)
Electrical Outlet 110V - Full Season (7 nights) $175.00 Non-refundable We have very limited access to electricity and will try to accommodate requests when possible. As an alternative, quiet generators are permitted. If a generator is too loud or disruptive, vendors will be asked to make other arrangements and/or be removed from Marketfest without a refund.
