• Please note that the Center may use images of vendors and inventory in social media, marketing, and on the website for this event. This includes the lead-up to the event, during, post-event, and when marketing for upcoming iterations of the event.

• Will you bring your own table? (Limited 1 per vendor; 6 feet in length maximum)
• How many chairs do you need?
• Each vendor will have roughly enough room for one front-facing table with a small amount of room between you and the next vendor. If you intent to bring any free-standing display items, please include those details below.
• If applicable, are you interested in/willing to set up the night before the event? (Only applicable based on vendor location assigned.)
• Access to electrical outlets is extremely limited. Please let us know if you need to request access power. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee power.
• Please tell us anything else you'd like to share about your setup, display information, or anything else you feel is important to add.
• Are you interested in donating something small for this year's LGBT Center fundraising baskets? (This is optional, and will not affect vendor selection process in any way.)
