Car Exhibition/ Exhibicion de Carros

Details of load in and load out will be providing via email closer to the date with specifics on where you will be stationed. You are not allowed to leave the premises until all residents/people have fully evacuated the area.

Cancellations: Payment must be made within 10 days of receiving your acceptance email. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your spot will be offered to the next applicant in your category on our waitlist. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable for this event. If you cancel, refunds will not be provided—please do not request them.

Arrival: All Cars participating in the exhibition must arrive at 10am. Spots will be assigned by first come first serve. 

Los detalles de la entrada y salida se enviarán por correo electrónico cuando se acerque la fecha, con detalles sobre su ubicación. No se permite salir de las instalaciones hasta que todos los residentes/personas hayan evacuado completamente la zona.

Cancelaciones: El pago debe realizarse dentro de los 10 días posteriores a recibir su correo electrónico de aceptación. Si el pago no se recibe dentro de este plazo, su espacio será ofrecido al siguiente solicitante de su categoría en nuestra lista de espera. Tenga en cuenta que todos los pagos son finales, no reembolsables y no transferibles para este evento. Si usted cancela, no se emitirán reembolsos—por favor, no los solicite.

Llegada: Todos los autos que participen en la exhibición deben llegar a las 10am. Los espacios se asignarán por orden de llegada.
