For-Profit Select Booths

This application is for for-profit businesses.

This year's Rainbow night market is sure to be  A Sparkling Evening of fun and excitement! Hosting a booth is an excellent way to reach new customers and connect with the Community. 

NOTE: You must supply your own power. No outlets are available.

• All vendors must abide by the vendor regulations.
• NOTE: You must supply your own power. No outlets are available.
• You must arrive at your load-in time and at the designated entrance. No exceptions.
• Unload your vehicle quickly and move it from the festival grounds. All vehicles must be off the street before 3:30 pm
• Choose your booth space carefully. Once you have selected it, you MAY NOT CHANGE IT.
• No refunds. This Event takes place rain or shine.
• Each vendor will be responsible for their own clean-up at the conclusion of the event.
• All signage and tent anchoring must be accomplished with weights such as sandbags, concrete or water-filled bags and barrels.
• Fastening or attaching any rope, signs, banner, flyer or other object to any trees, shrub, or city feature is prohibited.

•  No vendor may sell alcohol, popcorn, candy, or hot beverages at the event. The sale of these foods & beverages are reserved for Upstate Pride SC.

***The City of Spartanburg requires 40lb weighs for each tent leg***

***You will receive your load-in times no later than Oct. 21st. Please be patient as we work diligently to finalize all details for load-in and load-out information.
