This year's Rainbow night market is sure to be A Sparkling Evening of excitement! Hosting a booth is an excellent way to reach new customers and connect with the Community. This application is for food trucks & desert vendors.

About the event

Join us on Saturday, October 25th from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST for a vibrant evening of celebration, connection, and community. The festivities begin with our colorful Parade, bringing joy and visibility through the streets. After the parade, stroll through the lively Night Market, where local vendors, artisans, and community partners will showcase their work, offering everything from handmade goods to delicious treats. As the evening unfolds, gather under the stars for our screening of Rainbow Cinema, a two-hour family-friendly movie screening that will close out the night. The market will run until 9PM, and the film will wrap by 10:00 PM, concluding the event. This is more than a celebration—it’s a chance to honor Pride, connect with others, and share a welcoming space where everyone can feel seen, loved, and free to be themselves. Whether you’re marching, shopping, volunteering, sponsoring, or simply showing up to enjoy the night, there’s a place for you Out in the Open.

Terms & Conditions

All food service vendors MUST contact Spartanburg City inspector Buddy Bush at 864-596-2111 or bbush@spartanburgcity.org to confirm Business license and approval of any food preparation or service. Vendor must show a plan for clean-up and grease removal.
Food vendors cannot sell popcorn, cotton candy, concession type candies, alcohol, coffee, or cocoa at this event.
Upstate Pride SC reserves the right to deny your event registration and issue a full refund if a food vendor with the same or similar offerings has already registered for the event.
No glass bottles or cans may be given to patrons.
Each food vendor must specify cooking method (gas, electric, charcoal, other).
No open flames permitted.
Each vendor will be responsible for their own clean-up at the conclusion of the event.
All signage and tent anchoring must be accomplished with weights such as sandbags, concrete or water-filled bags and barrels. No staking allowed.
Fastening or attaching any rope, signs, banner, flyer or other object to any trees, shrub, or city feature is prohibited
