Welcome to PirateFest 2026 Food Vendor Application! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Application deadline - February 27, 2026
- Notification emailed to accepted vendors by March 6,2026
- Festival information packet emailed out by March 31, 2026.
- If you wish to withdraw from the event, you must send written confirmation of your withdrawal to madison@downtowngreenville.com by March 13. 2026 No refunds will be given for cancellations after March 13, 2026. No exceptions.
- All vendors are responsible for compliance with the Pitt County Health Department. All vendors must be fully contained. If you are not a Pitt County Permitted vendor, you must complete a Temporary Food Vending Application.
- There will be no electrical outlets available for use. Please be sure that you have a working generator.
