General Terms
Because we are currently holding our event in an active mall, please read booth descriptions carefully. Our rules and set up will be enforced to ensure you and our patrons have a great event! Be sure to review our terms/conditions and actionable contract before purchase: www.con-live.com/vendor_tc

BOOTH RULES AND DETAILS:
Please be aware of the following details concerning your tables:
FOOD AND BEVERAGE ARE PROHIBITED TO BE SOLD OR GIVEN AWAY. BOOTHS DOING SO WILL BE REVOKED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
- All tables must be covered with a black tablecloth or Personal branded. There are no exceptions to this rule.
- We will NOT have tables or chairs on hand for rent. If you did not select the rental for tables then you will not be able to get one from the event.
- Space changes cannot be requested. We will not move your space unless there is an issue with the mall.
- Mall Hours Saturday are 7 am-8 pm and Sunday 8 am-6 pm. These ARE NOT show hours but the mall will have people moving freely. Please understand that your goods will be unmonitored at these times if not monitored by you or your staff. You are allowed to come in prior to show hours to reset and or monitor merch. (recommended)
- Any merchandise left at the show will be done so at the vendor's risk at the end of each day. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking anything of high value or merchandise with you at the end of each day. (Not Required)
- Please carry insurance to ensure your property is covered. (Not required)
- Fixtures above 8ft will not be allowed at the show.
- Spaces can only be marked so well due to mall policies. Please respect your neighbor's space. The booths are only 8x6.
- Your space MUST BE CLEANED prior to you leaving. Any trash, boxes, zip ties or other debris left in your area will result in up to a $200 fee being charged the card on file.
- You CANNOT MOVE IN AFTER LOAD IN HOURS BELOW. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- SWORD AND WEAPON SALES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED
THE MALL CLOSES PROMPTLY AT 8:30 PM SATURDAY AND 6:30 PM SUNDAY DOORS WILL BE LOCKED AND YOU WON'T BE ALLOWED BACK IN.

12/6/2025 SATURDAY 8AM – 10:30AM *STAFF AVAILABLE
There are no other times or dates available for move in other than what is mentioned above.

Miscellaneous Policies
Booths are set by our vendor coordinators. We will not move your booth. Spaces in the mall area have been curated for the flow of traffic.
