You are officially invited to be a featured partner in our upcoming Fall Fest at Cedar Park on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM!

This family-friendly event is designed to drive significant foot traffic to the shopping center, celebrate our loyal patrons, and generate excitement during the Ace Hardware grand opening week. Your participation is key to making this day a huge success and a fantastic opportunity to connect directly with hundreds of local community members.

We are inviting you to engage with attendees in two simple and effective ways: by hosting a marketing table outside your store and by joining our interactive "Merchant Passport" activity. This is a complimentary opportunity to showcase your business, attract new customers, and strengthen your presence in the community.

Participation Requirements
 

To be featured as an official partner in the Fall Fest at Cedar Park, your business agrees to the following:

1. Host an Outdoor Marketing Table:

• You will be provided space to set up a complimentary marketing table (e.g., a 6-foot table) directly outside your storefront.
• This is your space to display promotional materials, run a contest, or simply greet and engage with the hundreds of attendees passing by.
• You are responsible for staffing and managing your table during the event hours (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM).

2. Join the "Cedar Park Merchant Passport":

• This fun, interactive activity encourages guests to visit every participating merchant. Attendees will receive a "passport" and will collect a stamp or sticker from each participating store.
• To join, you must offer a complimentary sample, small giveaway, or a special discount for up to 150 guests who present their passport.
• You can distribute your complimentary item from either your outdoor marketing table (to capture attention) or from your in-store cash wrap (to draw customers inside).
