Taste of Canton — Food Vendor
About the application
This application is for food vendors only—restaurants and coffee shops. Choose a different application if you wish to participate as an alcoholic beverage vendor. All vendors must have a brick and morter storefont in the City of Canton with a valid business license.
Application fees includes the cost of tents and tables.This ensures a uniformed ambiance and takes the pressure off vendors to supply, erect, and maintain the stability of the tents throughout the event. All fees are reimburseable up to 50% if vendor attends the pre-event viritual meeting, cleans up space completely, and plays by the rules!
- 10'x10' booth= $200
- 10'x20' booth/trailer = $400
- 10'x30' booth- $600
Event Timeline:
10:00 a.m. Tents and tables will be erected on parking lot closest to the Green at The Mill on Etowah
1:30 p.m. Set up begins—Restaurants are welcome to begin set-up
3:30 p.m. Vehicles must be removed from unloading area
4:30 p.m. TICKETS GO ON SALE—Public welcome to begin the Taste (all set-ups must be complete)
8:00 p.m. TICKET SALES CLOSE
8:30 p.m. Event concludes—Ticket booth closes and tear-down of vendor booths begins
9:30 p.m. Tents and tables will be picked up by the rental company
What can vendors expect?
- Opportunity to promote flagship menu items in exchange for 1–4 tickets ($1.00–$4.00) per sample
- Only food and drink vendors will be allowed to participate in this event
- Expect a crowd of about 3,000-5,000 people
- Expect a total of 30-ish vendors
- Vendors will be updated regularly on more exact counts as we draw closer to the event
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Once accepted, application fees are non-refundable. A rain date of October 23rd has been held and vendors acknowledge upon application that refunds will not be given.

| Single booth, 10 x 10 tent | $200.00 | Non-refundable | Please choose this option if you want a single 10x10 tent. The tent will be provided and set up prior to your arrival on the day of the event. The cost of this space includes a banner with your logo on the face of the tent. You will be eligible to receive a 50% refund on this charge if your team follows the instructions on page 19 of the Handbook. |
| Double booth, (2) 10 x 10 tents | $400.00 | Non-refundable | Please choose this option if you want two (2) side-by-side 10x10 tents. The tent will be provided and set up prior to your arrival on the day of the event. The cost of this space includes a banner with your logo on the face of the tent.
