LICENSE INFORMATION The privileges granted by this License Agreement may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of whether voluntarily or involuntarily or by law without the written consent of the Steele County Agricultural Society dba Steele County Free Fair.
A written request for cancellation of license must be received by the Steele County Agricultural Society no less than 30 days before the commencement of the fair. If cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee of $200.00 will be applied, and the remainder of your funds returned to you. We do allow the license fee to be carried over to the following year if needed and approved by the Steele County Agricultural Society. If a concessionaire is a no show for the event, no fees will be refunded.
The Steele County Agricultural Society management reserves the right to refuse to accept any exhibitor who, in the sole judgment of the management, does not meet the standards of the Steele County Agricultural Society.
The Steele County Agricultural Society reserves the right to terminate this license at any time. If terminated by the Steele County Agricultural Society prior to commencement of the Fair, the fees shall be refunded, and the Steele County Agricultural Society shall not be liable for any other costs. If terminated by the Steele County Agricultural Society for what it, in its sole discretion determines to be good cause, the concessionaire shall promptly remove all its property and leave the premises. The Steele County Agricultural Society shall not be liable for any refund or any other costs, claims or damages by reason of such termination.
Exhibitors are permitted to sell only items listed in the license. Be sure the license is correct regarding products you intend to sell at the Steele County Free Fair. If you wish to change, add, or eliminate some products, you MUST submit a separate letter with this information to be approved by the board. All products sold are subject to Steele County Sheriff’s Department approval.

| Supply Truck Parking-No Electrical | $75.00 | Non-refundable | SUPPLY PARKING-Spaces for supply vehicles/trailers are assigned by the SCFF director in charge of supply parking. Spaces are assigned on the grounds. Each space will have a fee of $75.00 without electricity or $125.00 with electricity. Supply trucks can only be parked in designated reserved areas, not behind concession stands. Supply trucks are NOT allowed on the fairgrounds between 10:00 am and 12 midnight fair week. A FREE LOT may be available for storing vehicles and trailers not needed on the grounds about 3 blocks from the fairgrounds. *If you need to purchase supply parking or a supply delivery pass, please complete the Supply Truck Form. |

| Supply Delivery Pass | $35.00 | Non-refundable | SUPPLY DELIVERY-A $35.00 supply delivery pass for vehicles that need to re-stock concession stands. This pass allows the vehicle to be on the grounds between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM is available but does not allow for parking on the grounds. |
| Vendor Parking Lot | $25.00 | Non-refundable | VENDOR PARKING- We have designated Diamond #1 as a Vendor Parking Lot at a rate of $25.00 for the week. A vendor bus runs an hour before the Four Seasons building opens and an hour after the Four Seasons building closes to the vendor parking lot. |
