Call to Artists: The Gift of Art: Original Works for the Holidays

Exhibition Dates: December 1-31, 2025

Location: Fallany Center for the Arts

This December, Menagerie on Main is partnering with the Falany Performing Arts Center at Reinhardt University for a month-long holiday art show! December is Falany’s busiest season, with thousands of people coming through the doors for concerts and performances—an incredible chance for your work to be seen and purchased as meaningful, one-of-a-kind gifts.

We’re looking for a variety of works—paintings, drawings, mixed media, and winter scenes are welcome but not required. The focus is on art as the perfect gift.

Submission Guidelines:

Open to artists of all backgrounds and disciplines.
Each artist may submit up to five pieces.
Artwork must be original and completed within the last two years.
Accepted mediums include: painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, drawing, printmaking, jewelry, fiber arts, etc.

Work must be delivered between November 24, 25, 26 or December 1, 2, 2025

Work delivered in person can be dropped off between 9am-3pm at the Fallany Center for the Arts.

All shipped work must include a pre-paid label for return shipping. 

Menagerie-on-Main is not liable for loss or damages to artwork in shipping. 

All work MUST be GALLERY READY upon delivery - meaning WIRE stretched across the back, screwed into the frame with WIRE. NO sawtooth hooks, paper wire attachments. Work not properly display ready will not be hung and declined upon delivery. 

Sculptural pieces must be free-standing or securely fitted with hanging apparatus on the back. Menagerie-on-Main has limited pedestals, sculptural artists are welcome to bring their own pedestals or stands if needed for artworks. 

Due to space only packaging of shipped works can be held, all packing for hand delivered work must be taken with you upon delivery. 

All shipped work must include a pre-paid label for return shipping. 

Menagerie-on-Main is not liable for loss or damages to artwork in shipping. 

Please label each piece with artist's name, title of work, and price on the back.

All sales of work are split between the artist and the gallery (70/30) 

Timeline

September: Open Call to Artists

November 13:  Submissions due

November 15: Notification of Acceptance

November 24, 25, 26 and Deceber 1, 2: Delivery of Work

December 4: Opening Reception 6-8pm

Beginning of January: Pick up work/return shipping. Artists can pick up their work from the Falany during the first full week of January.
