Historic Manitou Springs, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
In addition to the stipend, the Historic Manitou Springs, Inc. will provide the following:
•One approximately 10’x10’ booth site per brewery (tents are not provided)
•Entry for up to two staff to The Festival who must be 21 years of age or older
•One parking spot per nonprofit in Hiawatha Gardens, 10 Old Man's Trail
•Free publication on our website/Facebook page
•Souvenir festival glassware
•Hydration stations and potable water for rinsing glassware
•Live music and entertainment from local artists
•On site local food vendors
•Restroom and hand wash facilities
•Waste water/ice disposal sites and garbage/recycling bins
Please be prepared to bring:
•One or two folding tables (approximately 3’x8’)
•One free standing “easy up” style canopy tent no larger than 12’x12’ to cover your booth site with sandbags or other tie down style weights (Note: absolutely no stakes may be driven in the park)
OPTIONAL:•
Banners/signage for your booth
•Swag to give away during The Festival (e.g. stickers, t-shirts, coupons, etc.)
•“Heritage” themed dress and decorations for your booth and representatives (Western/ Victorian/ Edwardian/ 60s/ 70s/ etc.)
NOTE:
•Open containers are not permitted to leave the designated festival grounds
•No smoking is permitted within festival grounds; only at the designated smoking area
•Each booth must be staffed and able to serve for the entirety of The Festival
•Sampling is to stop promptly at 5:00pm

Waiver of Liability and hold Harmless:The Participating Brewer hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the Event Organizer, its owners, officers, agents, servants, volunteers or employees (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by it or its employees, agents or volunteers, or any of the property belonging to it, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity or event is being conducted.
The Participating Brewer is fully aware of the unusual risks involved and the hazards connected with this activity. The Participating Brewer hereby elects to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to it and its property. The Participating Brewer voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by it or its employees, agents or volunteers, or any loss or damage of property owned by it, as a result of being engaged in such activity or event, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise. The Participating Brewer further hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to its participation in said activity or event, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise. Modifications:Any modification of this agreement shall be null and void unless said modification is set forth in writing by the said parties. This agreement incorporates all agreements and understandings, either oral and or written, between the parties and has not excluded any term contemplated prior to the signatures of the parties. This agreement has been read, understood and entered into freely, voluntarily and absent of duress by the parties signed below. By signing this Memorandum of Understanding, the undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read the Memorandum and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Memorandum is considered a default under this Memorandum and may result in a forfeiture of any stipend due to the Participating Brewer.
