Misfits & Mavens Vendor Application

Virago Alley is excited to invite vendors to participate in Misfits & Mavens: A Winter Fete & Holiday Night Market, a costumed event stitched together from dreams and shadows. This event will take place on Saturday, December 19, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the 17th Street Market in Shockoe Bottom. 

Vendor Opportunities

We are seeking vendors who align with the event's themes of dark fantasy and winter lore. Categories include:

• Artisans & Makers

• Food & Beverage

• Crafting & Interactive Stations

Food Vendors

Food vendors are required to submit a valid permit with the Virginia Department of Heath (VDH) and active business license. 

Application Deadline: October 9, 2026 at 11:59 pm

Parking: More information on parking will be announce leading up to the event.

Terms & Conditions

1. Applications will be processed within 72 hours after the application deadline.

2. You must have your booth set up before 4:30 pm the day of the event.

3. Please respect the host location. Manage all of your trash and dispose of it accordingly onsite before leaving. 

4. This event takes place on solid ground. Tent weights are required to secure your booth. If you have any questions, please contact us.

5. This event will take place in the evening, please plan to have lighting for your space.

6. Please come prepared. Improperly secured tents will not be permitted.

7. If you need to leave early for an emergency, please discuss it with Virago Alley. Otherwise, vendors will be expected to be set up throughout the duration of the event.

8. Be kind and courteous to event patrons, venue staff, and your fellow vendors.
