Description: Fall Fest at the Forest celebrates the changing seasons with a range of family-friendly activities, entertainment, and delicious food. Event site: https://westlinnoregon.gov/parksrec/fall-fest-forest

Fee:  10% Percentage of total net sales for the entire event (payment due October 31st. Please mail a check made out to the City of West Linn, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon 97068)

Application Instructions: Interested vendors should complete the information listed below. Participation will be limited, so please return this application as soon as possible.  

Licensing:
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining all of the appropriate licensure for their booth operation. More information on what might be required can be found here: https://www.clackamas.us/publichealth/foodfacilities.html
