2026 Concessions Vendor Application

The 42nd Annual Riverfest Arts and Crafts Festival will be held Saturday, September 26th, 2026, from 10 AM-6 PM & Sunday, September 27th, 2026, from 10 AM-5 PM at Etowah River Park, 600 Brown Industrial Park, Canton, GA 30114.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a concessionaire at Riverfest!

Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth application and participation process. Only food trucks and food tents approved by the Riverfest Committee will be allowed. While late applications may be accepted with the payment of a late fee, early submission of applications is strongly encouraged as our show often sells out.

General Information:

Riverfest is a family-friendly event that celebrates community, creativity, and delicious food. We welcome food trucks and food tents offering a wide variety of cuisines. This event draws thousands of attendees, providing a great opportunity to showcase your culinary offerings.

Event Protocol:

Vendors are expected to maintain professional and courteous behavior throughout the event.
Booths and food trucks must remain open and operational for the duration of Riverfest. Vendors must comply with setup, breakdown, and parking guidelines outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

Parking and Setup:

Vendors will be provided detailed setup instructions, including assigned setup times, prior to the event. Parking passes and maps will also be distributed ahead of the event date.

Please note that there is a $30 non-refundable application fee to be considered as a concessions vendor for Riverfest. This fee is required upon submission of your application and does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.

By applying to be a concessionaire at Riverfest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Exclusivity of Beverages: The Service League of Cherokee County retains exclusive rights to sell soda products, bottled water, and power/energy drinks. Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling these beverages. Any violation of this rule may result in removal from the event without a refund.
• Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations: All concessionaires are expected to comply with local health and safety regulations. 
• Professional Conduct: Vendors are expected to maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
• Set-Up and Break-Down: Vendors must set up during their designated time slots as given by Riverfest committee. Booths and food trucks must remain operational during all hours of the festival.
• Parking and Vendor Space: Each vendor will be assigned a designated lot. Parking passes, setup times, and maps will be provided prior to the event. Vendors must comply with parking guidelines as outlined in the vendor packets.
• Waste Management: Vendors are responsible for keeping their designated area clean and disposing of waste in appropriate containers. All cooking oils and gray water must be disposed of in appropriate containers and by the vendor themselves. Oils and gray water are NOT allowed to be disposed of in the onsite dumpsters at Riverfest. Vendors found in violation of this rule may be subject to a cleaning fee.
• Electrical Needs: Vendors must clearly specify any electrical needs in their application.
•  Liability: The Service League of Cherokee County and Riverfest organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors participate at their own risk.

By applying to be a concessionaire at Riverfest, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of any fees paid.
