Artist must be available for Artist Check-In: FRIDAY, MAY 8th, 8am - 1pm with Artist Move-In immediately after Check-In. Artist Move-In will close Friday, 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Participants traveling in oversized vehicles or with oversized trailers, may have challenges navigating to their booth location. Please contact the Special Events Dept. directly if this describes you, special move-in arrangements will be considered.

| RETURNING ARTIST - 10'x10' Outdoor Space | $375.00 | Non-refundable | Please note: To qualify as a “Returning-Artist”, past participation must be between 2021 – 2025 and must be able to be verified. All Artist Fees due at time of artist application. Tents will be provided by the City of Henderson. No personal tents will be allowed. |
| RETURNING ARTIST - 10'x20' Outdoor Space | $575.00 | Non-refundable | Please note: To qualify as a “Returning-Artist”, past participation must be between 2021 – 2025 and must be able to be verified. | Non-Compliance / Damage Fee | $200.00 | Non-refundable | Failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations (including Early Move-Out) will result in artist being charged a $200 Non-Compliance Fee at time of occurrence. |
