Join us for the 59th Annual Holiday Parade in Lake Worth Beach on Saturday, December 13, 2025!
This year’s theme is:
Step into a whimsical world where imagination comes to life! Lake Worth Beach will transform into a festive Toy Land filled with colorful floats, playful holiday characters, and joyful performances that capture the wonder of the season.
Marching bands, community groups, and creative displays will come together to showcase the true spirit of celebration and togetherness.
Bring your family and friends to experience the magic of the holidays as we highlight the joy, creativity, and unity that make Lake Worth Beach so special. From toy-inspired floats to enchanting performances, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Important Note:
No participant is permitted to feature a Santa Claus character. The only Santa Claus in the parade will be sponsored by the City of Lake Worth Beach. Any float, vehicle, or group displaying a Santa Claus will be removed from the lineup.
This is not an application for food or craft vendors. This application is for parade participants only.

HOLIDAY PARADE INFORMATION
Parade Start Time: 6:00 PM
Theme: “Celebrating in Toy Land”
Parade Route
The parade will start at the corner of Lucerne Avenue & Federal Highway, proceeding west, turning south on “J” Street, then east on Lake Avenue, and finally turning north on Federal Highway.
Check-In
Each contingent must check in at the designated location (to be announced) no later than 4:30 PM on the day of the parade.
Groups not present by 5:00 PM will be placed at the back of the parade, resources permitting.
Contact Person
Each entry must designate one primary contact person. This person will be the only individual contacted by the organizers and must have the authority to make decisions on behalf of the sponsoring organization.
Please provide complete contact information for this individual, including a mobile phone number we can call on the day of the parade if necessary.
Public Information
Unless otherwise specified in writing, information about your organization and entry may be made available on the event website, in pre-event publicity, and to the media.
Signature Requirement
Your application is not complete unless signed. Please read and understand all terms and conditions.
Each parade group or representative must sign and return a Parade Contract.
Each parade participant must sign and return a Program Waiver in order to participate. No exceptions.
You are signing a legal, binding contract. NO STOPPING in front of the judges’ stand. The parade must move smoothly and continuously.
Pre-Parade Activities
There will be activities at the Cultural Plaza before the parade.
Important: Please bring water for your participants!
RULES FOR PARTICIPATIONPlacement
The City of Lake Worth Beach reserves the sole right to place parade participants in any order deemed appropriate. Placement is not on a first-come, first-served basis. Entries will receive their parade order numbers prior to the event.
Maximum float height: 15 feet from the ground.
Solicitations
Soliciting funds or selling merchandise during the parade is not permitted.
Political advertising/solicitation is strictly prohibited.
Throwing Objects
For safety and liability reasons, absolutely nothing may be thrown while walking or riding in the parade. This includes candy or any other objects. Violators will be subject to removal.
Restricted Objects
The following items are prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from parade producers:
Political signs (zero tolerance)
Live animals (without written permission)
Bottled water
Confetti, silly string, air horns, or amplified sound
Additionally, the City of Lake Worth Beach prohibits the following along the parade route:
Glass bottles
Balloons filled with anything other than helium or air
Body armor, bricks, stones, weapons
Projectile-launching equipment (including water guns)
Operational gas masks
Alcohol or Drug Use
Alcohol and drug use are prohibited in the pre-parade assembly area and on the parade route.
Good Taste
Nudity, lewdness, or obscenity is prohibited by law. All entries must exhibit good taste. Parade organizers have sole discretion to determine violations.
Contingent Monitors
Each contingent must provide monitors:
1–25 persons: 1 monitor
25+ persons: 2 monitors
People in or on motor vehicles count toward group size. Monitors must walk alongside the contingent to ensure safety and compliance. Failure to provide sufficient monitors or attend the required orientation will result in removal.
Live Animals
Written permission is required to include live animals.
Animals must be leashed or appropriately restrained.
Groups are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.
Animal abuse will be reported to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and result in removal.
Behavior
Courteous and respectful behavior is required at all times. Individuals or groups displaying abusive or inappropriate conduct may be removed.
