Exhibits Hall 2026 Application (f.k.a. Dealers Application)

Welcome to the application for the Exhibits Hall at Zenkaikon 2026, taking place March 19th to 22nd, 2026! For those unfamiliar, the Exhibits Hall is the convention's marketplace for various anime-related goods, including licensed merchandise, artistic creations, and more.

Applications will be open from September 19th through October 6th.

Important Changes from Previous Years

• Insurance coverage will now be handled through Eventeny. Once an application is accepted, there will be an option to upload proof of insurance in the Eventeny portal. Those with existing coverage can upload a PDF or other file with their certificate of insurance. There will also be an option to purchase temporary coverage through Eventeny's insurance partner evCover. (Note there is no requirement to use Eventeny's insurance provider.)

Exhibits Hall Hours (subject to change)

• Thursday Setup: 10:00am - 10:00pm
• Friday Setup: 10:00am - 12:30pm
• Friday: 12:30pm - 8:00pm (first 30 minutes for Premium attendees)
• Saturday: 10:00am - 8:00pm (first 30 minutes for Premium attendees)
• Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm (first 30 minutes for Premium attendees)

You must fill out this form to be considered for the Exhibits Hall in 2026, even if you have already applied and/or been an exhibitor with us in the past.

(Note that this is not the Artists' Alley application. Artists are allowed to apply for space in the Exhibits Hall if they'd like to pay for a larger space. But note that submitting this application does not automatically enter you into consideration to Artists' Alley as well. You must apply to both if you'd like to be considered for both. Generally we will give preference to an Exhibitor application, and consider an Artist application as a backup if one is not accepted as an exhibitor. Please contact us if you decide to withdraw from either.)

We will contact you using the email you use for this form. Ensure it is correct before continuing. You will be able to edit your application after submission in the case you need to change contact information, request additional tables or spaces, or edit your public business description.

Exhibitors agree be present at Zenkaikon 2026, and to adequately staff their space and sell merchandise during the entirety of the event's opening hours. Spaces that are not set up by the time of the opening of the Exhibits Hall on the first day of the event will be considered abandoned and forfeit, and subject to resale at the discretion of Zenkaikon staff.

Exhibitors further agree to ensure and take responsibility for any individuals representing them at the event, including without limitation employees, vendors and temporary staff, to follow Zenkaikon behavioral and other policies at this URL: https://zenkaikon.com/about-zenkaikon/policies/

Exhibitors acknowledge that they will need to obtain liability insurance for Zenkaikon 2026. Our venue requires that all vendors provide business insurance coverage for the weekend. Due to this we are unable to make exceptions to this rule. As we did last year, Zenkaikon will be able to provide temporary coverage for our event for purchase for those without existing coverage. This option will be available in Eventeny after your application is accepted. Exhibitors that are unable to provide proof of insurance at the event will forfeit their space.

If accepted, exhibitors agree to grant Zenkaikon Entertainment, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and reproduce any logos, photos, or other requested promotional information in Zenkaikon's publications, online directories, and other platforms for the sole purpose of promoting the exhibitor's presence and merchandise at the event.

Refund Policy: Payment methods will not be charged until December 1st, 2025, or, for late applications, five business days after acceptance of the application. Exhibitors may cancel their application at any time up until payment is charged. After payment is charged, refunds and future credits will only be issued in the case of force majeure or at the discretion of Zenkaikon staff. No refunds will be issued as a result of violation of event policies, fraudulent information on an application, or failure to show up to the event.
