Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/
1. Booths must be attended by the dealer or an authorized representative during all show hours. Dealers will not shut down until the show closes at 6:00 pm. Dealers will be responsible for the removal of all trash from their booth space before vacating the premises.
2. Dealers accept full responsibility for all losses, damage, and injuries that may occur to themselves, associates, employees, guests, personal property, or inventory. Dealer releases the Braselton Antique Festival, its officers, and representatives (hereinafter referred to as BAF and COL) from liability, losses, damage, or injuries.
3. Only items that are antique, vintage, collectible, and/or suitable to the character of the BAF will be permitted. Craft items are to be handmade and represent an Antique and or primitive item. The BAF and COL reserves the right to refuse any merchandise deemed inappropriate for the festival.
4. The dealer expressly warrants that the goods sold to any purchaser are what the dealer represents they are. If the goods sold are not what the dealer represents, they are, the dealer shall refund the full sales price to the purchaser. Suppose any purchaser brings a lawsuit in law or equity against the BAF or COL for goods not as represented at the sale through the dealer's intentional gross negligence or negligent conduct. In that case, the dealer hereby agrees to indemnify the BAF or COL for any loss sustained by the BAF or COL from said action and/or indemnification, including attorney's fees.
5. All dealer tables must be covered, and booths must appear neat and litter-free. Tents must be secured with 30-pound weights per tent leg. You will be responsible if your tent damages other tents or merchandise. Dealers will be responsible for their sales, collecting, and reporting sales tax.
6. No food or drink sales will be permitted other than by registered food vendors and the BAF and COL.
7. No smoking within the display/sale area. This is for the comfort of customers and surrounding dealers.
8. Dealers must stay within the designated space. Exceeding outside of space will constitute an additional rental fee unless approved by the BAF.
9. Payments must be made in full to ensure a booth space is available and confirmed. The BAF will not “hold” booth space.
Vendors are NOT ALLOWED to sublease or “sell” their booth space. The BAF must approve all applications. All requests are to be on your application. There will be a $35.00 returned check fee. NO REFUNDS.
10. Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.) We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol.
11. Vendors must select the proper vendor fee for their specific space needs. If you have selected the wrong vendor fee, your fee will be updated for the correct size before approval.
12. Vendors looking to use power must select to pay the Electricity Fee before submitting their application. Only vendors who request and pay for electricity will be considered for it. However, power is not guaranteed for any of our events, and if you are approved without access to electricity, we will not process that part of your payment.
