Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the event involves certain risks, and I accept all risks associated with my participation.
Harm-Free Commitment: I agree to perform and participate in a harm-free manner, respecting all safety guidelines provided by the event organizers.
Liability & Indemnity: I release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizers, Artisan Treasures Events, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of injury, loss, or damage related to my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Medical Authorization: In case of an emergency, I authorize event staff to seek medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.
