Welcome to Oktoberfest! This event will be held at the Ellie Beachfront Resort. The Ellie is offering crafters and artists the opportunity to showcase their work at no cost. The only potential fee is for those who do not have a Myrtle Beach license. If you have a license, please upload a photo of it; otherwise, you will be required to pay $10 to obtain a temporary license for the day.

By applying, you agree to attend Oktoberfest for the entire event. Leaving early is not permitted, so please do not apply if you cannot stay for the full duration, as this will allow others to participate.

The event will take place on the grass area in front of the Doubletree. Please note that no stakes are allowed for tents; you must use weights instead, as it can be breezy on the beach.

You may set up as early as 9 AM and must be ready for sales by 11 AM, allowing time to move vehicles and get settled in your tent. Thank you!

You are responsible for bringing all the necessary items for this event, as nothing will be provided. Please ensure you have tents, tables, chairs, weights, and anything else you need to make your day outstanding.

Setup begins at 9 AM on a first-come, first-served basis, so there are no booth assignments for this event. Once you sign up and receive approval, all you need to do is show up.
