Food Truck & Tent Vendors

The Food Truck & Tent application is for vendors who cook or prepare food or drinks on site either in a truck, trailer, or tent. Spots are limited! This event allows for both lunch and dinner times so hopefully it will be a great day in Downtown Ellisville!

This event is rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to cancellation by the vendor. Please commit to staying for the duration of the event. You will be allowed to pack up and leave after 6pm. No speakers are allowed at individual booths. This is a family friendly event, so please maintain family friendly conversations and conduct. The Ellis Club is not responsible for damaged items and cannot guarantee sales for the event. 

All vendors must collect sales tax for each transaction. Vendors will be given a packet with your tax form to fill out. Please include cash for your sales tax payment of 0.7%. The Ellis Club will submit the sales tax to the state on your behalf. 

Each vendor must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. No equipment will be provided by The Ellis Club.
