Artist Application

Welcome to the event!

We are putting on an exciting show for all artisans to show off their incredible talents. Whether that may be in the art of macrame or making spoon rings. We gladly invite you to join us in celebrating all of your wonderful talents. Please note that all work displayed in the booth must be for sale.

Here are only a few examples of some categories that are being excepted:

Clay- Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.

Fiber and Textiles- Includes wearable and non-wearable. This category also includes all crocheted and knitted items. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted. All works must be original and produced by you. 

Leather- All leather works that are cut and made by you. No mass produced items. 

Glass- Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.

Metal- Sculptural or decorative work made from metal.

Mixed Media- Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.

Musical Instruments- Handmade instruments.

Natural Materials- This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.

Photography- Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable.

Printmaking- Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.

Sculpture- Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.

Two-Dimensional- Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed.

Wood- Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

Food- any food based items that you have created or is based on your own recipes. Food samples can be up to 1 oz for edibles and 2oz for liquids. 

Pet supplies- only pet supplies that are created by you. Treats, clothing, collars, leashes, and toys. 

Toys- Handmade toys only. No mass produced toys. 3-D printed is acceptable.

Please note that this event is only for the sell of your own work. We will be happy to consider all applications, just no mass produced or items bought to resale. When applying for this event please send photos of your work and if you have any photos of you working on the item. We are wanting to make sure this is an event for artisans and the works they make by hand.

At least 75% must be hand made

All inventory, banners, signage, and displays must stay within boundaries of your purchased area.

Service Animals Only

No weapons, adult content, or alcoholic beverages

Venue and Promoter reserve the right to ask you to take down any inventory that was not previously listed and approved. If you do not comply, you will be asked to leave and not allowed back for future shows.

**Special consideration and possibly additional free booth space if you can incorporate customer participation in the making of a craft item at the show. THIS IS CONSIDERED TO BE OF VERY HIGH IMPORTANCE TO THE OWNERS. Every vendor does not have to participate though, we would like this to be more and just a buy and sell event.
