Event Day Terms

Grassy field behind the Bulldog Stadium, right next to the Baley/Davis/Arnold schools
Setup: 7:00am-11:00am (detailed unloading instructions will be coming)Event Open: 11:30am-6:00pmTear Down: 6:00pm (no early breakdown)
Event Promotion: We highly encourage all vendors to help promote the event by sharing the official event link on social media platforms, marking “Interested” or “Going” on Facebook, and inviting their networks to attend. The more visibility the event receives, the better the turnout—which benefits everyone!
Rules & Prohibited Items
You will not be allowed to tear down before 6:00pm (Non-negotiable.) Vendors breaking down before 6:00pm will forfeit any future attendance at Chamber events to include FunFest.
You will unload quickly, move your vehicle, and avoid blocking traffic.
You can park in vendor-designated parking at nearby Davis Elementary School.
Prohibited at FunFest: silly string, fireworks, food-shooting toys, nude art/statues, alcohol and any food/drink (except free bottled water).
Food/drink sellers must register as a food vendor. Call 972-636-5000.
You must agree not to sell or display prohibited items.
All items that you sell must be listed on this form and subject to approval.
Professionalism:
All vendors and booth workers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor. Foul language, inappropriate conduct, aggressive behavior, or disparaging comments about other vendors, attendees, or event staff will not be tolerated.
Default: In the event a customer defaults on payment, the event hosts are not responsible or liable for any resulting loss or costs incurred by the vendor.
No Show/Breach: Vendors who fail to show or do not comply with event guidelines may forfeit any fees paid and risk disqualification from future events.
Property: Vendors are solely responsible for their own personal and business property. Event hosts are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vendor property and are not responsible for vendor or staff safety.
Indemnity: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event hosts and their agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, costs (including attorney's fees), liabilities, or causes of action arising from their participation in the event.
Liability: Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling, promoting, or serving alcohol at the event. Any violation of this rule is the sole responsibility of the vendor, including any resulting claims or legal actions.
Release: Vendor grants event organizers and their agents permission to use the vendor’s name, likeness, booth images, and any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes, in any media format, without compensation.
