About the application

Thank you for your interest in Tacos & Beats Festival. We are excited to have you be a part of this event. This is going to be the biggest music and food experience the city has ever seen, featuring iconic music legends, tacos, tequila, margaritas, Lucha Libre and more.

 

This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

 

Please note: Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, generators, extension cords, etc. This is a rain or shine event.

 

Vendor selection/Approval:
All vendor applications will be reviewed. 
If accepted, your provided payment method will be charged.
Categories of product types will be limited, but exclusivity is not guaranteed.
Product quality will determine selection, with priority for vendors that are in scope of the event. 
The vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event.

Terms & Conditions

Booth Space: 10x10 

  1. Permittee/Vendor shall assume all risks incident to or in connection with the special event and shall be solely responsible for damage or injury, of whatever kind or nature, to person or property, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the event or the conduct of permittee’s operation. Event/Vendor main contact hereby expressly agrees to defend and save the Town, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives harmless from any penalties for violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation affecting its activity and from event activities or conduct of its operation or resulting from the negligence or intentional acts or omissions of permittee or its officers, agents, and employees, including permittee’s invitees. Vendor/Permittee agrees to abide by all Town of Little Elm parks rules and event load in/load out and clean up procedures. 
  2. Vendor is responsible for supplying any items that may be needed for display, such as power sourcetents, tables, chairs, extension cords, zip ties, additional lights, tablecloths, water, etc.
  3. Food Vendor Booths and Food trucks can drive in the day of the event starting at 11:00 AM.  All Vendors must be loaded in by 1 PM. (Gates open at 3:00 PM)
  4. During load-in you will receive 4 worker wristbands. (Any additions must be requested by email at rubiocarinam@gmail.com)
  5. (Food Vendors) Absolutely no trash or oil dumping on the premises. If your area is not left in the way you found it, J&L Events LLC reserves the right to fine the business for damages.
  6. Your booth must stay open and active at all times during the event. 
  7. Vendor is responsible for supplying any items that may be needed for display, such as tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, zip ties, additional lights, tablecloths, power source, water, etc.
  8. Food Vendors must comply with all standards and requests of the local health department and their onsite staff or risk forfeit of your right to vend.
  9. If you decide to leave the venue after loading/setup of your booth there is a no-return policy. If you need to make runs for supplies, you will need to make special arrangements to do so. and designate a staff runner.
  10. Please list J&L Events, LLC - 5 Cowboys Way, Ste 300, Frisco, TX 75034 as the additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance and upload documentation. 

CODE OF CONDUCT All participants are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the Festival’s Policies and Code of Conduct and to observe Festival rules and regulations. By accepting a position at Tacos & Beats, you agree to adhere to the preceding terms:

  • Work as a team for the event to make a positive contribution to the festival, culture and overall success.
  • Promote the Tacos and Beats Festival in a positive way.
  • Acknowledge the importance of our individual contributions to the total effort involved in providing a happy and comfortable, yet safe and structured environment.
  • Adhere to State laws and Festival regulations regarding tobacco use and possession.

You will not be charged until your application is approved. Once approved, all sales are final, rain or shine NO REFUNDS. As always, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out.   Our goal is to develop a lasting partnership with all vendors, we are committed to working together to ensure a successful event!
