About the application

In partnership with Latina Lesbians in Florida, we are making Orlando history once again! 🌈✨ LGBTQIA+ motorcycle riders will kick off the Pride Parade, bringing energy and pride to the streets of Downtown Orlando!

We invite you to submit an application to participate in this year’s Come Out With Pride on Saturday, October 18, 2025. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

 

Important: Riders must have all required documentation to participate. NO exceptions. Please print your proof of sign-up to be checked in on the day of the Pride Parade.

 

Come Out With Pride is organized, operated, and produced by Come Out With Pride, Inc. Please note that the City of Orlando requires all festival participants to follow official guidelines, rules, and regulations.

Come Out With Pride, Inc. is the proud 501(c)(3) non-profit organization behind Orlando’s beloved LGBTQIA+ Pride celebration. Every October, we light up the heart of Central Florida in honor of National Coming Out Day, creating a powerful and joyful space where everyone can live boldly, proudly, and authentically—even if it’s the only day all year they feel safe to do so. With over 230,000 attendees in 2024, Come Out With Pride has become one of the largest Pride celebrations in the Southeast and the biggest single-day event in Central Florida—a dazzling day of unity, visibility, and unapologetic joy. But our impact doesn’t stop after the confetti settles. Come Out With Pride is a year-round movement dedicated to building inclusive spaces, uplifting LGBTQIA+ voices, and shifting hearts and minds. Terms & Conditions

Please Note: If you submit your application through the wrong portal, your application will be considered invalid and will not be considered. Please be certain you are applying through the correct application.
 
Participant agrees to follow all policies, terms and conditions, Liability Release and Participation Agreement outlined and enumerated below and further in the application. These policies, terms and conditions may not be altered, edited, amended or otherwise changed without permission of Come Out With Pride, Inc.  
 
Failure to comply with the policies, terms and conditions grants Come Out With Pride, Inc. or its authorized agents of the right to: Immediately terminate the vendor agreement; require Vendor, upon notice of violation, to cease operations and vacate the festival premises; and forfeit any and all fees paid to Come Out With Pride, Inc. for the right and privilege of participating in the Come Out With Pride festival and parade.
 
Submission of participant application constitutes review and acceptance of the following policies, terms and conditions:  
 
Application Review: All applications are subject to review by Come Out With Pride and are generally reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If approved,  participant will be notified of preliminary approval via email. Come Out With Pride reserves the right to restrict the number of similar entries. Come Out With Pride reserves the right to approve or deny a  participant application for any reason without explanation.
 
Payment: Full payment will be due upon approval of your application. Payment must be received for you to gain official approval and be assigned a vendor space. INCORRECT payments or selection of events that do not match the payments will result in your application being rejected.
 
Permits/Licensing/Insurance: Participant is required to obtain, at Vendor’s own expense, any and all permits, licenses, and/or insurance that may be required by the City of Orlando and/or Orange County, and/or the State of Florida.
 
Parade Space: Participant may not exceed the parameters of their purchased space(s).
 
Clean Up:  Participant agrees to clean float and space at the end of the parade and remove any trash/debris or other items brought by participant or be subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
 
Attendance: Come Out With Pride, Inc. makes no representation or guarantee with regard to actual attendance numbers.  
 
Prohibited Items: Participant shall not display, offer for view or sell any illegal or contraband items. Vendor shall not display, offer for view or sell any items that are unlicensed and/or copies/interpretations of licensed or registered items. The laws of the State of Florida and local ordinances of the City of Orlando and Orange County shall apply.  
 
Prohibited Behavior: Participant  may not taunt, abuse or engage in a verbal or written altercation with any event attendee, other vendor, entertainer or other participant. Vendor may not engage in any action that may be in direct conflict with the purpose, mission, values and/or spirit of Come Out With Pride, Inc. Violators shall be subject to removal at the discretion of Come Out With Pride, Inc.
