Join us at The District (1065 Olde Town Morrow Rd, Morrow, GA 30260) for a vibrant and family-friendly event celebrating culture, community, and tradition. This is a free event open to the public.

Merchandise Vendor Terms & Conditions
City of Morrow’s Mexican Independence Day Celebration
By applying to become a merchandise vendor at the City of Morrow's Mexican Independence Day Celebration, you agree to the following terms:
1. Application & ApprovalAll vendor applications are subject to review and approval.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
You will be contacted if your application is approved.
All vendor fees must be paid in full by 09/11/25.
Fees are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by organizers.
Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal sales tax laws and any licensing requirements.
Any required permits (e.g., business license) must be current and valid.
All vendors must carry general liability insurance.
Setup must be completed by 3:00 PM on 09/13/25.
Early breakdowns are not allowed without prior approval from the event organizers.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space and removing all trash before leaving.
Vendors must provide all their own equipment (tents, tables, chairs, signage, power, etc.).
Tents must be properly secured and able to withstand outdoor conditions.
Only approved merchandise may be sold.
Any changes to merchandise offerings require prior approval.
Prices must be clearly marked and visible to customers.
Vendors and their staff must act professionally and respectfully at all times.
Offensive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
The event team reserves the right to remove any vendor in violation of these terms without refund.
This is a rain-or-shine event unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.
The City of Morrow and event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to vendors, their staff, or property.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
