Arts & Craft Vendors

Calling all makers, artisans, and creators! PumpkinFest is the perfect place to showcase and sell your handmade goods in a vibrant, high-traffic fall festival setting.

We welcome craft vendors offering original, handcrafted, and locally made items—including (but not limited to) home décor, jewelry, art, candles, seasonal crafts, woodworking, textiles, bath and body products, and more.

Set up your booth in the heart of our downtown, where hundreds of attendees gather to celebrate the season. This is a great opportunity to connect with the community, grow your customer base, and be part of a fun, family-friendly tradition.

🍂 Craft Vendor Details:

• Spaces are approximately 10x10 – vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and displays

• Event is rain or shine – be prepared for outdoor weather conditions

• Booths must remain open and staffed for the entire duration: 5:00 - 8:00pm

We aim to offer a diverse mix of quality handmade products. Space is limited, so apply early!

By submitting an application to be a craft vendor at PumpkinFest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Vendors may only sell the items listed and approved in their application. Changes must be pre-approved by event staff.

• The event organizers reserve the right to remove any items deemed inappropriate or outside the scope of the event.

• Each vendor will be assigned a 10x10 booth space (unless otherwise agreed).

• Vendors must supply their own:

  • Tent (optional but recommended)

  • Tables, chairs, and display materials

  • Signage and any necessary equipment

• Booths must be set up and ready by 4:30pm on the day of the event.

• Booths must remain open and staffed during all festival hours: 5:00 - 8:00pm!

• Early tear-down is not permitted unless cleared by event staff.

• A non-refundable vendor fee of $30 is required upon approval.

• Payment must be received by the deadline provided in your acceptance email to secure your space.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance; vendors will be notified of their status.
