Come join us for our Chili Cook-off event for IceFest 2026!
Enter your favorite recipe to compete with other locals and pros.
This event is during IceFest PA, which is a 4-day festival celebrating the community and ice. IceFest PA attracts nearly 20,000 people over the entire event.
Amateur registration is $20.

Terms & Conditions
GUIDELINES:
1) Divisions: Professional and Amateur / Cash prize for Pros and Gift Prizes for Amateurs.
2) Competition categories include Chili and People’s Choice
3) Cookers are encouraged to arrive by 9:00 AM or arrange to cook on-site overnight. Streets will be closed at 9AM.
4) Cookers are encouraged to provide at least 10 gallons of Chili and/or Pulled Pork. The crowds are large, so more the merrier!
5) Booth decoration is encouraged!
6) The general public will be paying to taste and vote for Peoples Choice Award. Selected judges will be voting on the winners for each category in Pro and Amateurs.
7) 10x10 space (you must bring your tent/canopy), tasting cups/utensils for consumers will be provided.
8) Cookers must bring a tent/canopy, tables, chairs, and supplies.
CHILI-Q AWARDS:
Volunteers will pick up samples to be judged at 11:40 AM and awards/prizes announced at 3PM!
Amateur:
1st Place: Gift Card ($500 value) and trophy
2nd Place: Gift Card ($200 value) and trophy
3rd Place: Gift Card ($50 value) and trophy
4th Place: Free Entry in 2026 Chili Cook-off
People’s Choice Chili: $150 for 1st, $100 for 2nd, $50 for 3rd | Best Decorated Booth: $100 Spiciest Chili: $50 | Sweetest Chili: $50
