VENDOR APPLICATION

The 12th annual Suwanee Classic Car & Bike Show will take place on Sunday, November 9, 2025. 

This application is for all Artist, Vendor, Food Tent Vendors 

Food Truck applications are not being accepted there are no Food Trucks allowed at this location of the park.  

Expected attendance is 2,500 - but if it's a beautiful fall day, that number will be higher! 

The event will host spectacular bikes, cool cars & great vibes.  It is perfect for anyone that appreciates anything on wheels.  Meet some special people impacting their community from Happyfeat.

Happyfeat is a local nonprofit for adults with special needs.  

Our schedule for the day:

 8am- Car Registration begins, Vendor Load in Begins.(someone will be there to guide you to your spot)

10am- Opening Ceremony

10am -  Judging Begins

1pm- Awards announced 

2pm- Veterans Memorial Service with performance by Country Music Artist, Andy Velo.

3pm- Car Show concludes (vendor load up)

1. No GREASE allowed in the park except in a self contained food trailer
2. Vendors must provide their own means of display within a 12 x 12 space.
3.  Each vendor will be responsible for collecting Georgia sales tax on sales made during the festival, which must be submitted to the Georgia Department of Revenue.
4. Your application is considered a commitment to show. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATION BY THE ARTIST AFTER THE APPLICATIONS ARE JURIED.
5. Refunds will not be made for inclement weather or other acts of God over which the sponsors have no control, and the risk of loss from such an event shall be borne by the exhibitor. This is an outdoor show with no rain date.
6. NO glass bottles.
7. The Suwanee Classic Car Show & Happyfeat reserve the right to review all applications and limit vendors to avoid duplication of products offered.
8. Application submission does NOT guarantee acceptance.
