This is a three day event being held in the middle of the Octoberfest being held in Helen Ga. This is a great three day event with high traffic

Each artist provides their own white, 10x10 tents.
All tents must be staked and weighted if (grass surface) in the instance of wind.  Artists should be prepared for inclement weather.  The use of pop-up tents is discouraged due to instability during wind and rain If on Cement you must still have 40lb weights on all legs.   Food trucks and food tent vendors are welcome to apply. We do not duplicate menus. Separate applications must be submitted for each food truck or food tent. Note: You will be required to bring your own quiet generator.Load-in is on Friday morning, Payment is due within five days of notification of acceptance. Fees are fully refundable if COVID-19 causes a cancellation or rescheduling of the event. Your certificate of insurance is due upon acceptance. Health department food inspection is required at an additional cost of $0 (zero) The promoter will do all the paper work and submit it for your inspection. You will be inspected on Friday morning and receive your certificate to post after inspection.
