CAN Community Health is excited to welcome all vendors to No Day but Today on November 30th! This year’s World AIDS Day Concert, No Day but Today, will be an unforgettable evening headlined by RENT’s original stars, Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp, whose voices and performances became the heartbeat of a cultural movement.

For all vendors considered 'Nonprofit' Business Vendor Applicants. We invite you to submit an application for vendor/exhibition space. We can't wait to see you! 

Certificate of Insurance Requirements

To host an event involving the City of Fort Lauderdale, Harmony Waves, and CAN Community Health, the vendor must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets the following criteria:

General Liability Coverage:

 Minimum limits:

•  $1,000,000 per occurrence
•  $3,000,000 aggregate

Coverage must include:

• Bodily injury
• Property damage
• Personal and advertising injury
•  Products and completed operations

Additional Insured:

The following entities must be listed as Additional Insureds on the General Liability policy:

Required Language:

The COI must include the following under the Description of Operations:

"The above-listed entities are named as Additional Insureds with respect to claims arising out of the operations of the named insured."

Other Requirements:

• Issued by an insurance carrier rated A- or better by A.M. Best
• Policy must be primary and non-contributory
• Include a waiver of subrogation
• Provide 30 days' notice of cancellation or material change
• Submit COI by November 1st, 2025

Agreement & Terms

By signing below, the sponsor agrees to the selected vendor commitment and to remit payment or fulfill in-kind contributions by November 1st. CAN Community Health agrees to provide the outlined vendor benefits according to the vendor tier chosen. Vendor benefits are contingent upon timely payment and receipt of promotional materials (e.g., logos, ads).

Vendor commitments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, CAN Community Health will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternative promotional opportunities.

CAN Community Health reserves the right to approve or decline vendor commitments based on alignment with our mission and values.
