Small Business Booths

Not National Chains - If you represent a national chain, please use our sponsor application

Small, local, service-oriented businesses are invited to the Winter Farmers Market in a limited capacity. 

• You may not sell food, crafts, soap, woodworking or any other item sold by our hand crafting vendors. 
• You MAY offer giveaways, advice, consulting, and book appointments for your business. 
• You must be part of a healthy, local economy. No smoking / vaping / sugary products or alcohol products may be promoted. 
• Youth groups selling cookings, candy etc., are not allowed at the Winter Farmers Market.

• Winter Farmers Market is located INDOORS at Roane State Community College, 701 Briarcliff Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN 37830
• 15 Weeks on Saturdays, 9 AM to Noon
• December 6, 2025 to March 28, 2026.
• CLOSED Dec. 27, 2025, and Jan 3, 2026. 
• Booths are roughly 6'x8' 
• $200 per week in December 
• $100 per week January - March 

Application fee is nonrefundable - If you are not sure that you would be accepted, please contact us by emailing manager@growoakridge.org. 

I am legally entitled to represent the business named in this application. I have read and agree to follow the policies of Grow Oak Ridge as outlined in the current Vendor Handbook. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grow Oak Ridge and its directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my activities at this market. 

I agree to abide by the State of Tennessee regarding any product I sell. 

I understand that Grow Oak Ridge may use my name and photographs of my products for advertising purposes. 

By selecting "I agree" I acknowledge that a representative of Grow Oak Ridge has my permission to visit the location(s) where my products are produced and/or stored and to verify that I follow the Vendor Handbook.
