RETAIL Vendor 10 x 10 Booth Space | $100.00 | Non-refundable | This application payment is for a RETAIL VENDOR Single booth space with Atlanta Indie Market footprint with Porches n' Pies in Adair Park on October 4th, 2025. Market and vending hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM AIM Organizers will provide one (1) 10 x 10 tent to all approved vendors. All other items, tables, and chairs, etc., will NOT be provided. Please bring all items required for setting up a successful booth. These items must be provided by YOU, the registered vendor. No items will be provided by the organizers for individual vendor set up. Colorful branding and signage are always an additional boost to receiving approval. * Branded Tents will be approved only if conditions are confirmed with organizers before market. All Items should be contained within your 10 x 10 booth footprint. **PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH ELECTRICAL AND WATER NEEDS. THERE IS NOT ACCESS TO POWER OR WATER AT THIS SITE. ** Load in and load out information will be provided to all approved vendors and sent again the day before the event. If additional instructions are required after approval message is received, organizers will send communication prior to the event through Eventeny. SWEET TREAT/BEVERAGE Vendor 10 x 10 Booth Space | $150.00 | Non-refundable | This application payment is for a SWEET TREAT/BEVERAGE VENDOR Single booth space with Atlanta Indie Market footprint with Porches n' Pies in Adair Park on October 4th, 2025. Market and vending hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM BEVERAGES are approved at this rate as well. Hot beverages such as coffee, hot chocolate, etc. are approved. NO HOT FOOD is authorized at this rate. No cooking, no open flames, no fires of any kind on-site. All food offerings must be pre-packaged, cold items, or homemade sweet treats. THC-A/CBD/Delta-9 beverages are NOT approved. Non- alcoholic beverages ONLY. NO LIQUOR/ALCOHOL infused beverages will be approved! AIM Organizers will provide one (1) 10 x 10 tent to all approved vendors.
