Welcome to the Havana Main Street Farmers and Artisans Market! Thank you for your interest in joining us. At Havana Main Street, our mission is to create opportunities for local farmers, artists, and small businesses to showcase and sell their products. By doing so, we aim to stimulate the local economy, increase access to fresh and nutritious foods, and support a vibrant, healthy community. Whether you're a longtime participant or a first-time vendor, we’re thrilled to have the chance to work with you and help spotlight your talent and the unique goods you offer. If you’ve been with us before, you already know how hard we work to provide a warm, welcoming, and one-of-a-kind experience for both vendors and visitors alike. Recommended image size: 1280px width by 960px height (4:3 aspect ratio) Photo Submission Requirements As part of your application to vend at the Havana Main Street Farmers and Artisans Market, we ask that you submit 3 to 5 high-quality photos that showcase your work. These images help us review your application and may also be used to promote our market on social media, our website, and other marketing materials. Please include the following types of photos: Product Photos (2–3 images): Clear, well-lit images that highlight the products you will be selling. These should reflect the variety and quality of your offerings. Avoid cluttered backgrounds. Display Setup (1–2 images): Photos of your booth or table setup at a previous market or event. This helps us understand how you present your products and maintain a professional appearance. Optional: Work-in-Progress or Process Shots (1 image): If you handcraft your products, consider including a photo that captures your creative process. These are especially helpful for artisan and handmade vendors. Photo Quality Guidelines: Use natural lighting or well-lit indoor settings. Photos should be in focus and high resolution (at least 1000 pixels wide). JPEG or PNG format preferred. Avoid heavily filtered or overly edited images.
