About the application
Vendors Needed: We are looking for independent nail polish, skincare, beauty, selfcare, gifts and crafts for our nail polish convention! Small batch, inhouse or handmade only.
Nail polish collectors, and enthusiasts from all over the US will be here and want to shop from smaller local brands and businesses with products they can't find at the giant corperate store.
Set up in the Atrium of CIA at Copia will begin at 8:00am and take down to start at 4:00pm. September 5th, 2026
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vendor: Vendor tables are $150. An 8ft table with tablecloth and 2 chairs. Optional second table for $25. Vendors get 2 badges. Any additional badges will be $10. Vendors can register any time from now until Jul 1, 2026.
Payment: Payments can be made to Wild West Nail Polish Conventions LLC. We can take Paypal, Venmo or personal checks. Email Alli with any questions alli.gilmore@gmail.com You will be registered upon payment.
Sales Tax: If you do not already have a California seller’s permit, you can apply online for a Temporary Sales Permit with CA Dept of Tax and Fee Admin (CDTFA). There is no charge for the permit, you report your sales and pay 8.75%.
Cancelations and Refunds: Cancellations made by either vendor or WWNPC before Dec 1, 2025 will receive a full refund. Cancellations by either vendor or WWNPC between Dec 1, 2025 and Jun 1, 2026 will be refunded with a $50 fee. No refund if vendor cancels after Jun 1, 2026.
Donations: Any donations would be appreciated! Donations will be used for the swag/goody bags. Donating samples or items for the swag bags is a great way to market and get your products to new customers.
