Below is an application to be a vendor / exhibitor at Daytona Beach Collectorfest 2025. THIS IS OUR FIRST EVENT IN DAYTONA - We are looking for GREAT vendors who have items that we feel fit our shows theme and things that are closely related. If you feel you fit our show and want access to our audience, please fill out the form below. Vendors we are looking for:

Vintage & Modern Toys (Actions Figures, Playsets, and Legos)
Pokemon Cards and other TCG Collectible Cards
Comic Books and Comic Related Artwork
Retro Gaming including consoles, games, etc

By filling out our vendor application you understand:

You will be added to our vendor mailing list
If you are approved you will adhere to our vendor rules including staying the ENTIRE duration of the show. Pack up doesn't start until 3:30pm. Starting prior to that will result in not being approved for future Florida Toy Show events.

Prices

20x20 Booth Space	$620.00	Non-refundable	This is a special price for a 20x20 booth space. This space includes 4 CORNER 10x10 spaces , 4 Tables, and up to 4 chairs.
10x10 Booth on Wall	$170.00	Non-refundable	This is for 1 - 10x10 space on the outside wall (no vendors behind you). This booth space includes 1 table and 2 chairs. Note: The "WALL" will be Pipe & Drape put up by venue... not a hard wall you can lean things on.
Corner Aisle 10x10 Booth	$150.00	Non-refundable	10x10 Booth as part of a CORNER AISLE - All non-wall spaces at this show are corner booth so you can select as many as 2. Your space has aisles on both sides and includes 1 - 8ft tables and 2 chairs.
Artist 10x10 Space	$130.00	Non-refundable	10x10 ARTIST AISLE. Includes 1 - 8ft table, 2 chairs, and 6ft behind your table. 2 Vendor Lanyards
