Food Vendor

All vendors selling food must have a valid food service license and certificate of Insurance that has the City of Reynoldsburg listed as additionally insured.

2:00-7:30PM

Huber Park (1640 Davidson Dr. Reynoldsburg, OH 43068)

Report Time:

• Set-up Time: 10:00am – 1:30pm (All setup must complete by 2:00 pm, vehicles must be moved to the vendor parking lot by 2:00 pm)
• Teardown: 8:00 pm (*All vendors are required to stay the entire time of the event. We do not permit anyone to leave prior to 8:00 pm.)
• Trash:  Make sure all trash or unwanted items are disposed of properly

**The City of Reynoldsburg is not responsible for providing personnel coverage, tables, chairs, or tents**

Where to report:

You will need to report to the tent for Sponsor/Vendor Registration located at Huber Park. You will need to register to receive your assigned space. 

What to bring:

·           One 10x10 tent *all tents must be weighted down, not staked.

·           Supplies and items to distribute to the community.

*All vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, and chairs.

Prohibited Items:

·         Speakers

·         Drones

·         Outside Food or drinks

·         Pets (service animals are permitted)

·         Alcohol

Weather:
Please understand that if lightning is detected, the city will shut down operations completely- no sales or activities will take place until 30 minutes after lightning has stopped
