Main Street will be closed to traffic starting at 8am. If you need to temporarily move barricades to get your vehicle to your booth space, you can, but you will NOT be able to access Main Street from 5th Street where the Pumpkin Roll takes place. You must move your vehicle after unloading, and all vendor booths must be set up by 11am. Please do not begin tearing down your booth before 3:30. Food vendors will be set up in the parking spaces on main street and not in the middle of the street, but please attempt to be out of the street by 5:00 so parking will be available for the evening.
- Power is limited on Main Street. Please note in your application if you will need power. Extension cords will NOT be provided.
- Spaces will be assigned later and requests are NOT guaranteed
- Vendor fees are NON REFUNDABLE, and are due at the time you submit this application.
- All food vendors must be registered by October 10 at midnight
- Food vendors are responsible for cleaning up their entire booth space, including trash. Please bring a trash bag and can with you, as garbage cans on Main Street will fill up quickly.
- If you register but cannot attend, please let us know ASAP.
- Certificate of Insurance listing McVey Entertainment Group as additional insured is REQUIRED for all food vendors.

Note: In the Products I am selling field:- If you have a temporary permit for your own sales, also include its Reference # (from top of permit), its Valid from date, and its Valid through date.
- If you meet the requirements for the Idaho resident small seller exemption, put “Idaho resident small seller” in this field.
- Click Next.
- Choose the option for your situation:
- I am not making taxable sales. Also choose this option if you qualify for the small seller exemption (tax.idaho.gov/smallseller) or already have a temporary permit for your own sales.
- I have a regular permit.
- I need a temporary permit.

- Check your email account (Inbox, Junk, and Spam folders) for further instructions and your tax permit proving you registered.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
This Hold Harmless Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned Vendor (“Vendor”) in consideration of being permitted to participate in Pumpkin Palooza, promoted by McVey Entertainment Group (“Promoter”).
1. Assumption of Risk
Vendor understands and acknowledges that participation in the event may involve risks, including but not limited to property damage, theft, injury, or other loss. Vendor voluntarily assumes all such risks.
2. Release and Hold Harmless
Vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless McVey Entertainment Group, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to Vendor’s participation in the event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter.
3. Compliance with Rules
Vendor agrees to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions from Promoter representatives.
4. Insurance
Vendor is encouraged to maintain appropriate liability and property insurance for the event.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State].
