Vendor

1. There is NO VENDING FEE for the vendors! The one thing we ask is that a discount of your choosing is offered on ALL purchases.
2. All vendors are required to provide their own setup materials, including tents, tables, chairs, tent weights, and, in this particular instance, lighting, as the event is an outdoor night market.
3. It is mandatory for tents to be anchored with weights. A minimum of 10 pounds per tent leg is required, though 20 pounds per tent leg is preferable. Vendors who do not have the necessary weights will be instructed to dismantle their tents and will be permitted to set up only their tables.
4. Please note that there will be no access to electricity at the venue. Therefore, lighting must be powered by batteries.
5. Your vending spot will only be confirmed following acceptance, at which time you will receive an approval email.

Please be informed of the following details regarding the registration and participation in the Customer Appreciation Night Market scheduled for Saturday, October 18th, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the parking lot of Wine and Liquor Emporium, 7342 Stonecrest Concourse D, Stonecrest, GA

Your participation is confirmed only upon approval, at which time an email will be sent. Please be advised that only one vendor type is permitted per table for this event.

This agreement serves to confirm your participation in the aforementioned event. Each registration will include a tent space. You are encouraged to adorn your space with fall themed decorations.  

Pop Starz Atl, will provide marketing materials for your use in promoting the event. While you are encouraged to create your own promotional content, it is your responsibility to market your business effectively.

Please note that Pop Starz Atl & Wine and Liquor Emporium accepts no liability or responsibility for any accidents or incidents involving vendors, volunteers, or patrons. Additionally, Pop Starz Atl & Wine and Liquor Emporium disclaims any liability for the effects of vendor products on patrons. Each vendor is responsible for the safety and liability of their own products and their effects.

Vendors are to arrive at 5:00pm, one hour prior to the commencement of the event. The event will conclude at 9:00 PM, with an allotted time until 10:00 PM for breakdown and cleanup. Participation in this event is voluntary, and vendors retain all rights to their products and services.

Your designated space will be assigned to you upon arrival at the event.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other conditions beyond our control, the Customer Appreciation Night Market will be rescheduled to a later date. Small business vendors are authorized to utilize the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials for the Customer Appreciation Night Market.
