Thank you for your interest in being a Food truck or booth for our Rowlett VIVA CULTURA event. To honor the theme of the event, we are prioritizing vendors offering Hispanic and Latin cuisine. However, we encourage you to review the application and reach out if you have any questions—we’re happy to assist!

About the event
Terms & Conditions
To participate in our city-operated events, all food vendors are required to complete a City Operated food permit application through MyGov with the City of Rowlett Health Department. Vendor Guidelines
We’re so excited to have you join us! To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following:
Please plan to arrive and begin setting up from 4:00-6:00pm.
Before event day, take a look at the site map so you know your assigned booth space ahead of time.
Be ready to welcome and interact with participants by 6:45pm.
If you have any special needs or accommodations, please include them in the “Special Requests” section of your application so we can review them.
The City of Rowlett will provide a 10’ x 10’ booth space for you.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, and any necessary power or equipment (such as generators).
The City of Rowlett is unable to assist with set-up or tear-down, so please plan accordingly.
We appreciate your cooperation and can’t wait to see your booth in action!
