2026 Entertainment Application

Thank you for your interest in performing at the 2026 Greensboro Pride Festival! We’re excited to showcase diverse local talent and celebrate the creativity of our community.

Please note the following details before applying:

• Voluntary Participation: All performances are voluntary. A gratuity will be provided by IMPAQT GSO. Performers may also accept audience tips.
• Performance Length: Individual performances should be no longer than five (6) minutes.
• Stage & Equipment: Performances will be assigned a stage at acceptance. A PA system and music playback will be provided; all other equipment is the performer’s responsibility.
• Equipment: A PA system and music playback will be provided. Performers are responsible for any additional equipment or special setup needs.
• DJ Submissions: Due to logistical limitations, DJ applications are not being accepted at this time.
• Music Submission: All music or performance tracks must be submitted via email by the provided deadline.
• Communication: Final scheduling details and setup instructions will be shared by our Festival Entertainment Coordinator in August 2026.

3. Stage & Equipment: Performances will be assigned a stage at acceptance. A PA system and music playback will be provided; all other equipment is the performer’s responsibility.
4. Music Submission: All music or performance tracks must be submitted via email by the provided deadline.
5. DJ Policy: Due to setup restrictions, DJ applications are not accepted.
6. Content Standards: All performances must be family-friendly, inclusive, and appropriate for audiences of all ages. Profanity, sexually explicit content, nudity, hate speech, or discriminatory language will not be permitted.
7. Scheduling: Final performance times and setup instructions will be provided by the Festival Entertainment Coordinator prior to the event.
8. Any photography or video taken by IMPAQT GSO Staff or contractors is owned by IMPAQT GSO and can be provided to the performer upon request.
9. Liability: IMPAQT GSO and Greensboro Pride are not responsible for loss, theft, or injury incurred during participation.
10. Right of Refusal: Festival organizers reserve the right to decline, modify, or remove any act that does not comply with these terms or align with the mission and values of Greensboro Pride.

11. By submitting this application and being approved to perform at a Greensboro Pride event, you acknowledge and agree that IMPAQT GSO and its authorized staff, volunteers, and contractors may photograph, film, or otherwise record your performance and likeness.

    All photographs, video, and other media captured by or on behalf of IMPAQT GSO are the sole property of IMPAQT GSO. You grant IMPAQT GSO the unrestricted, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display such media for promotional, marketing, educational, and archival purposes, in any medium, without compensation.

    This consent applies to all current and future uses related to Greensboro Pride and IMPAQT GSO programming.
