Karaoke Contest

Please fill out the application entirely.  Where it says "business name", just put your first and last name... it's a field we cannot delete, sorry!  You must indicate your first and second choice songs.  If you don't know yet, you can come back to this site and fill that in when you decide, but we will only take the first 16 applicants, so don't wait too long!  Your application won't be confirmed until all fields have been filled in.  Once your application is confirmed, and you are determined to be one of the first 16 applicants, we will be in contact with further instructions.  Thank you for entering!

Judges decisions are final.  Cash prizes will be awarded immediately following the Karaoke Contest.  All ages are welcome to participate and minors need signed parental consent.  A signed waiver for all participants will be required at check-in.  On-site registrations can not be accepted.
