About the registration

Welcome to the event! Please take a look through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Please register your booth for the TRAFFIC Show on October 29th-30th, 2025. Be sure to select the booth size you need and any additional features to ensure your meetings are successful (e.g., power, extra tables, chairs, racks, etc.). Each 10 x 10 booth space includes one six-foot table and three chairs (for example, a 10 x 20 booth will consist of two tables and six chairs). Power, rolling racks, and additional features come at an extra cost, and power is not included in the booth space fee. Brands/reps experience the most success with pre-scheduled appointments. Please get in touch with your buyers to confirm their attendance in Austin this October.

About the event

The TRAFFIC SHOW is a biannual wholesale trade show held at Palmer Event Center. Our target audience encompasses a diverse range of brands and lifestyles, including outdoor enthusiasts, active individuals, fashion aficionados, action sports participants, fitness enthusiasts, travelers, and others. We facilitate the convergence of products from various channels, enabling retailers to discover the essential products for their retail establishments. Through our partnership with CINCO KINGS, we create an inviting and conducive environment for brands and retailers to engage in business discussions. Show Dates & Times: Wednesday, October 29th, 8 am - 6 pm Thursday, October 30th, 8 am - 4 pm

Terms & Conditions

**Terms and Conditions** Your booth and rental arrangements will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Applications are eligible for refunds before September 9th, 2025. Refund or cancellation requests made between September 9th and October 5th, 2025, will be credited toward a future show. Cancellations made after October 5th, 2025, will not be refundable. Show setup will begin on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, with move-in scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Setup must be completed by 6:30 p.m. Please plan your arrival accordingly. The show schedule is as follows: * Wednesday, October 29th, 2025: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm * Thursday, October 30th, 2025: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Please do not start breakdown before 4:00 pm; adjust your travel plans accordingly. All sponsorships include a poster displaying the sponsor’s logo at check-in, signage at the show, logos on the TRAFFIC show website, email blasts, and social media promotions. Happy Hour Drink Sponsorship	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	Every hour is happy hour, but afternoons are even better with a cocktail. Show appreciation to attending buyers by offering drink tickets for a cocktail on Wednesday afternoon after the orders have been closed. Who knows, maybe a new deal will be struck!
