October 2025 Exhibitors / Booth Registration

Welcome to the event! Please take a look through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Please register your booth for the TRAFFIC Show on October 29th-30th, 2025. Be sure to select the booth size you need and any additional features to ensure your meetings are successful (e.g., power, extra tables, chairs, racks, etc.). Each 10 x 10 booth space includes one six-foot table and three chairs (for example, a 10 x 20 booth will consist of two tables and six chairs). Power, rolling racks, and additional features come at an extra cost, and power is not included in the booth space fee.  Brands/reps experience the most success with pre-scheduled appointments. Please get in touch with your buyers to confirm their attendance in Austin this October.

**Terms and Conditions** Your booth and rental arrangements will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Applications are eligible for refunds before September 9th, 2025. Refund or cancellation requests made between September 9th and October 5th, 2025, will be credited toward a future show. Cancellations made after October 5th, 2025, will not be refundable. Show setup will begin on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, with move-in scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Setup must be completed by 6:30 p.m. Please plan your arrival accordingly. The show schedule is as follows: * Wednesday, October 29th, 2025: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm * Thursday, October 30th, 2025: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Please do not start breakdown before 4:00 pm; adjust your travel plans accordingly.
