Important Policies:
The following are grounds for removal from the event and exclusion from future Schererville Parks craft shows:
ย
1. Leaving Early: Vendors must stay for the full event duration. Tearing down early is disrespectful to other vendors, patrons, and the organizers. If you need to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances, communication with the Recreation Director is required.
ย ย
2. Arriving Late: The show opens at specific times on all 3 days, and all booths must be set up and ready for business 30 minutes before each show on each day. Booths must be manned and open to the public by this time.
ย ย
3. Parking: Vendor parking is limited. All vendors must park in designated areas, and requests for on-site parking must be made through the Recreation Director. Unauthorized on-site parking takes spaces from customers, reducing foot traffic for all vendors.
ย ย
4. Respect: All vendors must treat others with kindness and respect. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
ย
Sales Tax:
All vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting their own sales tax.
