About the event
Terms & Conditions
- All items must be authentic vintage (at least 20 years old) or upcycled from secondhand or vintage materials.
- VVBP reserves the right to decline vendors who do not meet vintage or upcycled criteria
Vendors must adhere to assigned setup and breakdown times.
Late arrivals may forfeit booth space without refund.
Vendors are responsible for managing their own sales, staffing, and supplies.
All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
No refunds for vendor no-shows or removal due to violation of terms.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future participation.
